Unsung Heroes

Field goals, punting, and punt returns have been amazing. Those positions typically only get highlighted when they are bad. But obviously Boomer has been great, McCarthy seems like a giant upgrade, and Townsend seems to have the surest hands (and that IT) we have had fielding punts in years. Glad we were able to pay him more than Iowa State :) So nice not to worry about those units.

This is why Clemson is successful

Its just not that important people. Take joy from it no matter what. Dabo reaches recruits and their families by being an amazing person and if you ever get the opportunity to meet him you will be won over. But the message here cuts across all sports at all levels. Don't lose your joy when you lose a game.

"We have had 1 undefeated team since I have been the head coach...We are at a place where we lose a game and people lose their minds... they lose their mind and then lose their joy..."

OT: Haven't been posting here the past several days because my cat got hit by a car. Please help in any way you can.

My cat, Poofy, was hit by a car recently and had his jaw broken in two places while sustaining several other injuries. The doctors believe that he will live, but I have been off the board and tending to him several times a day. I basically have to hand feed him and it has been a rough process.

I don't like being a begger, but any help you can give will be greatly appreciated and will put both us in your debt.

I won't be able to post here that much in the coming days as much of my time is devoted to him.

Entertaining/Interesting Pictures taken after our UCF Men’s Basketball VICTORY last night.

Our UCF Men’s Basketball Team played a very aggressive intense Basketball game last night against FSU.

We won 68-54, out rebounding FSU 52-22.

After the game I walked around the court and took several pictures for your enjoyment.

First off is Head Coach Dawkins getting interviewed immediately after the game by the ESPN tv crew, which included former UCF star player Mike O’Donnell.

I noticed further down the court UCF Super Sophomore #1 Jayhlon Young being interviewed by our UCF Media Team.
