    Dawk is kind of like the good D coordinator in football who can put together a defense that wins some games but isn't able to fill in the rest of the picture as a head coach and the style is not exciting to watch except in rare great moments. He's had long enough. Have to make the change.

    There was enough talent to build a 4 TD lead against Baylor with the 2nd choice QB and enough boneheaded decisions and lack of leadership to blow it. Didn't look like a talent thing.
