    No doubt. Scott has a mountain of a task in front of him. UCF is positioned with HCJH to keep the train rolling. I wish the best for both, but JH has the more enviable position, walking into a team full of winners. Once you start winning, it is a bit like a drug. Hard to stop and easy to keep doing.
