2. A supposedly good movie that I really don't see the appeal to is "the dark knight rises"...
3. A Movie I don't think you know about and should watch - "Sunshine"...

1. Half Baked

2. Memento

Look, I don't love every one of Tarantino's films, but I will give him credit for recapturing the lost art of dialogue being the central part of the character development in his films. I know that there are no shortage of knuckledraggers that have no problem with some shit blowing up on the screen every other second (just look at the current offerings on a week-in, week-out basis), but, for me, I wish that more screenwriters (and producers and studioheads for that matter) "got it" like QT does.

1. I haven't seen it in years, but I liked Bowfinger a lot. I laughed my ass off, but most people didn't get it.
2. Any period-piece over-hyped Oscar-winning bullsh!t movie like Howard's End. Snoozefest.
3. Suckers - a movie about car dealers with Costas Mandylor funny and eye-opening

You are entirely too young for your wife's friends to be described as "hens."

1. Dude, Where's My Car? - Im not a big comedy guy and I can't stand either of the two stars, but this movie is brilliant.

2. All of the superhero films

3. Beneath Hill 60. Great World War I picture out of Australia. Used to be on Netflix streaming and Prime, but I think it has been pulled.

1. National Treasure. Always a sucker for that movie.

2. Lord of the Rings/Hobbit movies. Never got it.

3. Jay and Silent Bob Strike Back. Some great lines in there. "What the fvck is the internet?"

The Internet is a communication tool used the world over where people can come together to bi#ch about movies and share pornography with one another.

That Will Ferrell movie is considered "supposedly a good movie"?

Edit: Same question goes for Anchorman 2. I can't think of anyone that admitted to liking that movie.

13th Warrior. I still quote that movie from time to timeMeet the Parents. Not a Ben stiller guy at all, and this was his worst in my opinionMaster and Commander. Seems like a lost opportunity for a great film series. Russel Crowe is actually likeable in it

Yeah for real. This is dumber than Chemmie's asinine comment about QT.

No one in the world pans The Godfather.

1. I am ashamed on this one. When I was a kid, I absolutely loved Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band. That is rated as the worst movie ever created, I believe. If it came on now, I probably would watch it for the nostalgia.

2. This may get me banned, but Star Wars pretty much anything after the first one. I don't get what people find interesting about it at all.

3. The Pursuit of Happyness - it wasn't super mainstream but a solid movie.

1. "Dirty Work" w/Norm McDonald and Directed by Bob Saget.

2. My Best Friend's Wedding (awful)

3. Kentucky Fried Movie (Just YouTube "Rex Kramer - Danger Seeker" if you haven't heard of it
)

Some of you people seriously need to learn how to read. Look at the thread title: panned movie. Smh.
