1st Amendment doesnt belong in colleges

If I were the student, I would be lawyering up. I guess it would depend on the college's conduct code/policies, but I have a feeling they cant do something like that. That whole 1st amendment thing is always getting in the way.

Saying black women aren't hot is clearly false and is guilty of the economic fallacy. Anyone who asserts that there are no attractive black women has little experience being around black people and/or is blinded by his racism.

I think the school should have forced him to prove his thesis scientifically or else be suspended for six months. His comments were hateful and stupid, but it's a college and they should be more concerned with logically sound arguments than emotional reactions to opinions.

If the college is publicly funded, he might have a case against the college. But if it's truly private, probably not. I really don't understand political correctness these days.
