Maybe it is a good time to start Justin Holeman. Hawaii never get that cold...
that's why that Temple loss was so devastating to the team's bowl hopes, you gotta take advantage of the opportunity at Ws on your Home Field.Erggg...I forget who said it on this forum but here is the quote: "UCONN, where good teams go to lose..."
Forecast for noon kickoff time: 40% chance of Showers. 52° (feels like 47) WNW 16 mph wind.
52 is cold? What a bunch of pu.....
But really, what's the science on this. How high does the temp get in those uniforms, running around, layers of padding, helmet etc. I have no idea but that's sounds like a real comfortable temp to play in, not freezing not sweating your guts out.
every Floridian should know the feeling, it's like that first cold front of the 'winter' where the high is in the 60s but feels like 40 that first time. After a few weeks of it you feel better but the first time is a shock. All relative, I suppose. When you're used to the feels like temps being around 90 degrees, 47 is pretty chilly. For comparison, the game in CT in 2014 the feels like temperature was in the mid-30s. So, it shouldn't actually be as big of a factor as the heatergate game. I'm glad we got this game in Mid October and not in November.
Get in your shower and turn it on with cold water. Then tell me 50 degree water isnt cold.52 is cold? What a bunch of pu.....

With a 15-25 mph wind...
Hoping for a slight break in the weather (heavy rain stays away) but UCF missed perfect weather by 2-3 days;...as it was 80 degrees in Hartford the other day.
