Hard to argue with the top 6, regardless of where you place them. MM should be somewhere on the list though, especially if Shea Patterson is in there.

This isn't a knock on UCF, but Heisman winners typically need a "signature moment" or "signature game" against a prominent team to separate themselves from others.

For Manziel, it was beating Alabama. For Lamar Jackson, it was the drubbing against Florida State. For Baker Mayfield, it was the Ohio State beat down. Milton doesn't really have an opportunity for a game like that; he would have to break some serious records and go undefeated to win.

Well it's all about having an impact on the season.

Again, not a knock on UCF but I doubt anyone on their schedule this year has a shot at making the playoff. If Baker loses to Ohio St, the playoff picture is significantly changed last year. Beating a bunch of of teams who are relatively insignificant in the CFP landscape just isn't that spectacular.
