I missed that Matt Alexander entered the Portal. I only see about 3 UCF players that are real concerning in the portal
Antione Jackson CB, Caden Kitler OL, EJ Colson QB
I hope Frost tries to bring the 3 back.
I don't except Ja'Carl Henderson to come back but we will see.
EDIT: It is possible Townsend comes back

Jackson is very slow for corner and too small for safety. He’ll go to G5 somewhere.

The players in the portal will be re recruited. A lot of them went in to protect themselves from the uncertainty. Now that there is a new coach they will make their decision to stay or not

It probably just came down to FSU NIL money v. UCF NIL money. Gus knows what these guys were making at UCF and can offer raises to the ones he wants.

That and a lot of these guys have street agents that call around and get a feel of the landscape and who will offer what before the portal opens.
