The new rules gave schools 5 underclassman allowed to declare, and they got grades of 1st round, 2nd round or return to school. Glenn must have had a tremendous ego to defy the "return to school". Is there anyone that thinks (as great as he was here) that he got a 1st or 2nd round grade? Just look at some of the players listed and where they came from- Trinity International, Appalachian State.-maybe grade problems or money.
