To do that, UCF doesn't need a recruiter, it needs a developer. Let Miami, Florida and Florida State bludgeon each other for the four and five-stars, UCF can just pick up the scraps and polish them into stars.
UCF doesn't need smoke and mirrors to be successful. Hire a football guy that can recruit without the pressure of rankings, develop at his pace and quietly put UCF in the national conversation similar to what we're seeing at other AAC programs this fall.
