It appears that this "portable" carnival ride experienced a series malfunction when one of the carriages in the Ferris Wheel got caught and basically tipped over.

This accident comes just 1 day after after a 10 yr old boy was killed due to a fatal neck injury on a 168 ft water thrill ride in Kansas.

Anyone who lets their kid on one of these meth-head monitored/repaired rides is a fuking bafoon.
Effer and I went a number of years back and were riding some spinny-sit-in-a-car-thing-death-trap. My eyes were focused on the two linkage pins for my car, one rattling around without a cotter pin or other securing device. That was when I decided I was done.
