The only reason that would be acceptable is if there was a conversation prior to the party with the following: Parent 1: "Do the party at the sky place". Parent 2: "It is too expensive". Parent 1: "we'll pitch in $20 per kid to help you with the cost". Parent 2: "ok, but I'll need a head count to make sure"


Even if that was the case, Parent 1 shouldn't have done the party at that place if he/she couldn't pay for everything.
 
for those of you who don't have kids or whose kids haven't hit school age yet, beware, there are bat shit crazy parents out there that are way worse than the bat shit crazy girls you dated in high school and college.

Now they are doing their crazy shit for their beloved little johnny or sally. Screen your kid's friend's parents before they get too close.

I hope that $24 was worth it to this woman, since her name is now all over global news headlines as being the dipshit that's actually suing a 5 year old.
