UCF offensive coordinator Brent Key will not succeed George O’Leary as next UCF head football coach, said UCF’s vice president for communications and marketing Grant Heston in an email Sunday.

Heston confirmed that Key will be paid a sum of $700,000 and added that the “payment will be paid in installments over a 24-month period.”
