UCF bats remained silent for 8 innings (just 1 hit) but Rice decided to take our their starting pitcher who had 14 K's in those 8 innings, and UCF rallied in the 9th...scored 2 runs but sharp drive to left ended up as a running catch by left fielder and UCF lost 4-3 to Rice last night.
