I searched for this “actress” on twitter and her account is private and the only retweets were weirdo accounts either all in Russian or with Ukraine flags on their avatar
I assume this is bullshit again being pushed by RT
If this is a good example of Russia influencing american opinion then I stand by my position. Nobody gives a shit.@Crazyhole this is a perfect example of Russian Troll farms influencing morons.
Russia Today is a known Russian State propaganda machine, they posted a literal fake news article that triggered one of our resident red hat snowflakes, inciting divisiveness in America. Exactly like that Wired article that I posted said they are doing.

You still didn't give any good examples of something that actually would have changed a voters mind. I've long since said that Russia was trying to sow dischord among american voters but they didn't affect the election.Yeah...so that's a pretty stupid view. This is just one of hundreds of examples of idiots like K_L falling for fake Russian news and getting radicalized.
He got so triggered he felt the need to post a story while doing zero research, further pushing his simple minded thought process into an "us vs them" mentality. Hundreds of stories and comments like this getting pumped straight into the news feeds of morons across the country making them vote for "their" candidate.

it is getting harder and harder to tell if things are satire or real. i would hope that was satire otherwise that person is a moron.
Just a reminder that the biggest victory for the Russians from 2016 was them creating a disinformation fake "dossier", putting it in the hands of a guy working on behalf of the Clinton campaign, having this disinformation "dossier" conveniently make its' way to the US FBI, and then having this disinformation "dossier" become a central point of request for a FISA warrant to jumpstart the entire hysteria and investigations about Russia and Trump Admin "collusion".
In 2019 it's hard to argue that THIS is not the single largest victory for the Russians given what a shit show the Mueller investigation turned this country into.
Dossier was created for a republican by a brit.
Info in document led to the heavy sanctioning of Russian oligarchs
Info in dossier tied Trump's hands politically at least a little in regards to Russian relations
Info in dossier uncovered for the public GLOBALLY what Russia is doing in regards to not only American politics but also in the EU and Need it.
Russia would be 100x better off if no one knew their scheme so posters like KL and Wayne wouldn't be called out for helping them.
I mean this very thread is Russia spreading their message. If it wasn't for the fact that most people know what they are up to it might have worked. As long as there are people dumb enough to spread this shit the dossier is a net positive.
Lol at exactly the people you'd expect to get tricked by Russian trolls getting tricked by Russian trolls.
I don't think anybody thought RT was anything else. Any state run media outlet is nothing more than a propoganda machine. A couple of years ago stood up in the middle of a broadcast and said she couldn't do it anymore because they were lying about everything.I just really can't believe, despite my incredibly low expectations, that I overestimated the average intelligence of y'all yet again.
I really thought everyone knew RT is literal propaganda. I mean it's a Russian state owned news channel only broadcast outside their country in English...think about why they would do that.

This isn't partisan so it shouldn't be difficult to get on board. It should be obvious that disinformation campaigns work and do the exact opposite of unify people. It also then stands to reason that these hardened views frame your belief structure and can most definitely impact a person at the polls. Tribalism at its fienst. I know this to be the case because any thoughtful individual is influenced by the inputs they receive in one fashion or another. I am and you are too. Nobody is immune and it's exactly why we all have different world views. It's egregious whether it be from Russia or mainstream American media.
