Aren't these both full times jobs. We hear it about pretty much every NCAA coach; they live and breathe the game. Their wives never see them and they live at the office or on the road recruiting. 100 hour work weeks, etc.. Then WTF does an athletic director do? How can O'Leary have two very demanding full time jobs? Who thought that one through? And if he's doing a good job, why don't more universities do the same thing by having their coaches act as athletic directors.?
