My neighbors had some white trash morons out to cut their trees the other week and 2 of them were smoking and leaving their butts on our road. I had to tell them to pick up their goddamn trash and go pollute their own shitty neighborhoods.

Smokers not only harm themselves, but seem intent on pissing off everybody else.

This. Why, when I'm sitting at a stoplight, etc., is it ok for LLT, tattooed smokers to litter by throwing their butts on the ground (I've seen cops witness it and do nothing)? Yet, if someone else were to throw out a fast food wrapper they'd get ticketed?
