They don't have as many donors as you would expect for a Program w 5 Titles. Their former players like Sapp don't give crap back to them. Their stadium situation makes the job not as good as it was 15+ years agoUM has vocal donors that care and can enact change. UCF has corporate ticket give-away donors that don't give a shit.
