Are they practicing hail mary plays? The QBs are throwing into double/triple coverage or under throwing the receiver and that's a highlight? Maybe it's jump ball practice....I hope.

Shhh... I don't always play madden, but when I do this is my only strategy.Just throw it up there and Akins will come down with it.
If it comes in a situation where one possible benefit is pinning the opponent back, then it cannot be a Hail Mary, which is the football equivalent of pulling your goalie in ice hockey or having your outfielders play shallow with a runner on third (or perhaps a suicide squeeze), or a half court shot at the buzzer. It's a desperation last chance play to prevent a game-ending outcome.A hail mary is ...Good way to pin a team. I don't think a coach would even think about that, but why not?
I was thinking the same think Mike. Almost the way it's done with the Predator's 6'-7" receiver! Can't wait until we we can use this strategy against other teams. Just throw it up there and Akins will come down with it. He will take out a couple of little DBs and their ability to have a family.
I also doubt he'll install anything like the full playbook for the opener with S.C.State. Need to save some things for Michigan as well as tweak his depth charts based on the bread and butter play calls. And where new recruits see playing time on offense, expect more limited set of calls. Sadly, the only way the 3rd string will see the field this year is for all the wrong reasons: when we are being blown out, suspensions, or because of injury. You think Frost will let UCF post a well formed play? I would think they wouldn't post any well executed plays for all to see. I figure that is why you see the simple bomb plays posted.
It's been 20 months since we won a football game. Are we really going to play cat and mouse with the playbook?I also doubt he'll install anything like the full playbook for the opener with S.C.State. Exactly. These videos are to get fans hyped up for the season. They aren't so opposing coaches get a good look at our plays. You think Frost will let UCF post a well formed play? It's a gambling offense to begin with! A Frost system will lead any conference in yards lost. They'll routinely run on passing downs and vice versa. But the last thing they want to do is have the players lose confidence in themselves or in the system during the first game. By comparison, GOL would always find some half-a**ed excuse to simplify the offense and not "install the full package."It's been 20 months since we won a football game. He isn't creating new plays. He's just using the same plays Oregon uses. The only thing that matters is a trick play. Everything else has been seen before. You think Frost will let UCF post a well formed play? I would think they wouldn't post any well executed plays for all to see. The Frost offense depends on signaling the opponent exactly what each play is going to do, and then see if they can defend it or else overreact. Taking the opponent's best DE out of the play without needing to block him gives the offense an instant numbers advantage in blocking the remaining defenders. He isn't creating new plays.
