Final results aren’t out. We should get top 8 at a minimum. Hoping for 5 if not 1 or 2 in a lot of them.

Meh, starting off in the twenties will get us within striking distance if we go undefeated. Beating Auburn this year will come into play big time if we go 13-0. Public pressure will build and build and build until we lose. If we lose, we’ll plummet. If we don’t, it will be be too much to ignore...again.
How far we plummet? you think to the point we can never EVER recover?
If my math is correct, it took 2 years to go from winless and ranked dead last to undefeated and ranked #6, so if we lose a single game, it should take us another two years because in bizarro, scumbag P5 world, that’s how math works.
If we get 10 wins and minimally make it to the AAC title game it will be a great season. We lose an absolute monster on defense. We have an entire new staff. Nobody who has won like we have has had thier entire staff eviscerated. It’s just a shame because with more money, we could have kept that staff. Sentiment aside, I don’t care what Frost says publicly, 35 million was a major factor into him leaving.
If we are undefeated, will be damn close if not in. Mark that down. There is much bigger chance that we don't go undefeated than there is that we do go undefeated and don't get close to the playoff.
