It was a show I watch with the wife to compensate for the hours of sports I don't watch with her. And in that context, it wasn't bad.

It was better than 95% of the absolute shit on TV that people seem to love.

That's why it's so good- it doesn't try to be anything other than what it is. Dumb, slapstick humor that the characters sell really well.
