He should be gone, that being said, having a relationship with an Intern under the age of 21, likely 18 to 20 is a bit different than grooming young kids under the age of 16. At the minimum he should be charged with buying a minor a drink, not sure how old she is, the age of consent is 17 in TX. He abused his office just like Bill Clinton and should be removed, but likely the only law he broke was buying her alcohol.
