WTF?

A new federal lawsuit against Starbucks claims the company is deceiving its customers when it comes to their iced beverages.

Chicago resident Stacy Pincus filed the proposed class action suit on Wednesday in Illinois, according to court documents.

The suit alleges the brand "unlawfully underfills iced coffee, iced tea, and iced-blended specialty drinks crafted by Starbucks employees." The lawsuit alleges the drinks are underfilled "compared to how they are advertised, misleading and injuring consumers in the process.”

Anything that isn't east of the BOK Center is Western Oklahoma, as far as Im concerned.

Oh, I thought you were out in Sand Springs or some other place you need a helicopter to get out to. i could have sworn you made mention of some chick out in Drumright or the Osage Nation or somewhere. No wonder you have a sexual addiction. Practicing law is bad enough. Practicing law in Broken Arrow will put anyone over the edge.

You have me confused with someone else. My office is at 15th and Utica. My home is in BA. Never "dated" anyone in Drumright or Osage Nation. You are correct about the sexual addiction. But nothing to do with geography. I think its biology. Current GF is another attorney. She lives in Edmond. Crazy smart and a freak. Dangerous combo.

Oh, the crazy chick that I think might get you disbarred some day. Forgot about her. 15th Utica. Nice. If I ever practiced in Oklahoma, it would be at that address.
