I really liked him.
If they already verbally committed then who cares what other offers the school sends out. You're in. You just have to earn a spot on the field. You can always transfer out later if you can't seem to crack the 2-deep.We have 4 WRs committed and are still sending out offers to others who play the same position. That could possibly be the cause of our current wide receiver commits feeling at risk and needing to keep their options open.
Unfortunately an "official offer" and their verbal commitment aren't binding for either side of the agreement. That said I dont think theres a chance he thinks his offer will be rescinded. If they already verbally committed then who cares what other offers the school sends out. You're in. An offer has many stipulations. You first off must qualify, can’t get into trouble, say stupid things on social media and other ethical scenarios. Our offers also may have a deadline. Say yes in 14 days or less and you’re offer is valid, if you wait longer you may bo longer have the offer. As other guy said, still not a contract until LOI is signed and received. If they already verbally committed then who cares what other offers the school sends out. You're in. Who can blame them for looking, We almost never throw the ball.
