I just bought a MacBook Pro for an insane deal and the M1 Macs obviously don't have windows boot camp as an option. Wanted to grab a cheap copy of Parallels - $100+ for something I'll rarely use isn't worth it. At half off for students it is worth buying just to have for when windows-only stuff inevitably pops up.
Any advice here? It wants my NID and password to get in. I know my NID. If I put my @knights.ucf.edu email in to the 'forgot NID' system it will send me the NID, validating I am still in a database somewhere...
But when I try to do a 'reset password' it won't let me. It says my account isn't found.
I do have my old @knights.ucf.edu email and use that all the time for stuff that doesn't verify any deeper (most news orgs are like this, I get ny times, wsj, the athletic and economist for dirt cheap)
I graduated in 09 and I know eventually I need to buy software full price.. but hoping today ain't that day. Figured someone here may have dealt with this recently and may know how a workaround?
