"From a Naval Academy standpoint, we are very pleased the conference commissioner's came to this decision. I think they recognized the importance and pageantry of Army-Navy – it's America' game and deserves to be the culmination of the college football regular season," Gladchuk told The Capital on Tuesday night. "We are very happy that neither service academy will be prevented from possibly participating in the College Football Playoff or a New Year's bowl game because of when the Army-Navy game is played."
