South Florida has suspended offensive lineman Benjamin Knox following Knox's arrest on Sunday.
Knox was arrested and accused of firing a gun on campus. Specifically, Knox allegedly fired a gun at a dorm from a parking garage. Nobody was injured.
According to the police, shell casings were found on the ground, as well as an open gun case and ammunition inside a vehicle that belongs to Knox.
The gun was found when police arrested Knox at his dorm.
Knox was held on $15,000 bond on charges of discharging a firearm on school property, and shooting into a building.
