UCF 1-8 all time vs UConn, lost by 26 and 21 last year to Huskies, never beaten then in AAC.
UConn lost 3 of top players, lost 4 of five, but have fabulous talent (were picked to vie for national title)
Though we've won 5 straight and 12-3, Knights have struggled in 7 of the past 9 games.
Team's had 4 days to get offense in sync and learn to win with BJ back in the lineup.

Interesting numbers against the spread (ATS) this year. UCF is 4-0 ATS when an underdog, while UCONN has never covered when the favorite (0-6). Yet the game opened with UCONN favored by 1 and moved to 2, because more people are betting on UCONN to cover.

I think the spread is about right, even though UConn is 2-6 at home. We don't match up well against them because of their terrific, experienced backcourt, quickness, athleticism, plus the size of their center-forward combo of seniors Brima and Facey (7 ft and 6-10) that gave us nightmares the past 3 years; the same big man size that frustrated UCF on Tuesday. Add in the ton of top frosh talent that's bound to blossom eventually.
