I encounter it with all races. Mostly sitting in building departments. This little girl next to me has be staring at me for like 15 minutes after she was banging on my legs trying to get my attention. Her mother is just ignoring her. I need to be scarier looking so they don't come near me.

My wife is a kid magnet. We laugh about it all the time, They seem to come from nowhere and just start talking and hang out with her. She managed a K bee toy store for years, maybe it is something she gained there.
