Baseball season starting vs. Siena: So who's excited to see our team play?

How many of you are going to root for the baseball team this season and maybe even show up for a game or two? I will go to at least one game and hopefully more. I'm rooting for us to finally get past the Regional round. We've gone too long without one single Super Regional or College World Series appearance. Past time for that to change. I am always rooting for UCF baseball. I've been one of the most vocal critics for at least the last 10 years about UCF not having a quality baseball stadium compared to soooooo many other teams.

I can get my wife to football and basketball games...but not really baseball.

Our (nearly) annual season opening series with Siena. Does anyone if there is any particular significance to playing them? It always seems strange to me that we have played this small private school located in New York more often than any team located outside the state of Florida.

I would say FLORIDA teams are to good to start the season. Just like football I am sure Rooney wants to warm up!

I am expecting UCF baseball to have a really good year. Also, I am looking forward to see Cre Finfrock unleash the 94 MPH fastball.

Glad to see a lot of support for the baseball team in this thread. Great pitching performance tonight by Zach Rodgers, Harrison Hukari, and Spencer Davis. Looking forward to watching this team more.
