Gus has never beaten Dave Aranda. Gus is 0-4 in fact.
Gus lost 34-31 to Wisconsin in the 2015 Outback Bowl when Aranda was the Badgers linebackers coach.
Gus lost to unranked LSU 27-23 in 2017 when Auburn was ranked 10th and Aranda was LSU's defensive coordinator.
Gus lost to unranked LSU 22-21 when Auburn was ranked seventh in 2018.
Gus lost to eventual national champion LSU 23-20 in 2019 when Auburn was ranked ninth.
Aranda is the only coach in America to face Gus three times or more without losing.

Yesterday I re-watched the K-state game on DVR. UCF does not have a bad team and I think they learn from that loss.
Now, It's Tuesday morning and I have moved on to the next game. Looking forward to it. Talked my wife into going and she hates football. I like the 330pm kick off time.
As a side-note, I attended my first Orlando City soccer game Sunday night. I really hate soccer, it's boring to watch. The game ended in a tie. I'm like wha? Why? Stupid game. I walked away with no happy ending or the agony of defeat.
But what was fun, for me, was the crowd. I sat right under where the visiting Miami fans were and they were lit and singing, chanting, dancing the whole game. That made it fun. Hopefully UCF fans have a reason to cheer this Saturday!

No reason we shouldn’t win this week…..last week was just a demonstration that we need time to build up both lines against the best conference teams. Oklahoma game will look just like this one.

I bought tickets for that game because Messi was supposed to play, then he ended up getting hurt! I agree OC soccer games are fun for the atmosphere, not for the match lol.
Must have taken a stroll down Memory Mall. But seriously, the whole campus has a great tailgate scene. Party scenes and family scenes, depends on the area.
