As more and more years pass me by, I have gotten a little denser ( it couldn’t be the bourbon), so can somebody explain which voodoo doll I need to be sticking tonight and why?!?

I’d think a Cincy loss would be good. They need to lose either to ECU or Tulane to take them out of contention. We just need to beat Tulane and the schedule is easy for us with Navy and usf.

Doesn't matter? 🤷‍♂️
If we win out then we're in the CCG regardless, but what if Tulane beats us tomorrow?
ECU wins = they have 2 conference losses same as us but hold the head-to-head tie breaker.
Cincy wins = they still have only 1 conference loss and we now have 2, so they go to CCG.
ECU still has to play Houston and Cincy still has to play Tulane, so there is another possible loss for either. Which is more likely?

If Cincy wins out and UCF wins out, the two will meet again in the title game, correct? If so, I am pulling for ECU. It is hard to beat a great team twice.

I may switch it up…if Cincy wins they may be ranked next week and then after we beat Tulane, the winner of Tulane/Cincy will probably get ranked and we face in the CCG. Will be more ranked wins, more eyes on the games. Some of you don’t care about that, but recruits do, national media does and national audience surely does.

I want UCF to have the clearest path to a NY6 Bowl. Ideally, UCF beats Tulane and wins out, and ECU upsets Cincy and wins out. Tulane, meanwhile, losses out, setting up a UCF-ECU rematch in Orlando and the Knights finish the butt pirates for good while riding off into the Power 5 sunset.

Cinci lucky on that last play.

One positive note I will say about ecu is their coach. Has done a decent job and was very impressive on his analysis of UCF during his press conference leading up to the game. He sounded really knowledgeable on most of our guys, almost as if he was a coach on our team.
Well, they did have a ton of inside information…allegedly

Would have loved an ECU CCG rematch at home at the Bounce House with changed signals and such, but Cinci winning is better. We have the tie breaker against them, plus we need to win out regardless to have a chance and will host the CCG if we do. Just feel like we match up better with Cinci than ECU also.

Id rather play Cinci at home than ECU on road again for multiple reasons. If we had beat them maybe it would be different but we couldn’t stop them from scoring. Cincy had a hard time.

Cincy winning was definitely better for us. ECU wins and we lose today, and we're stuck in a quagmire of 2 loss teams, including one that has a win over us. Now if we lose, all it takes is Tulane beating Cincy. (which isn't a sure thing by any means I realize) and we should be set-up to be in the conference championship game at Tulane. If ECU won you'd need them to lose to Houston, and then who has the tiebreaker with us and Houston? I'm not sure, it definitely becomes more complicated.

If multiple teams are tied it goes to rankings. Not head to head.

*Provided the Knights win today* Friday nights's outcome virtually guaranteed UCF will have to beat the same team twice to make a NY6 Bowl.
It will take a catastrophic meltdown for Cincy or Tulane to not reach the AAC Championship Game.
