if y'all are ever in the Smokies , you must go to Haywood Smokehouse! it's the best brisket I think I have ever had and I have had brisket from. Florida to Texas and in-between. He is a FSU grad,but don't hold that against Joe.His turkey is supberb too. He has locations in Waynesville, Dillsboro and Franklin. You won't be disappointed.
