Best D in the PAC 12?

Just got off the phone with one of my boys that went to Coach Frost's Fantasy Camp and Frost told him we would have the number one defense in the PAC 12.

I believe it though. I will give old George some credit. He may not have been good at offense, but his defenses were normally pretty stout. There is decent recruited talent on the defensive side of the ball that was just very young and inexperienced last year.

I took it as him saying that if our defense was in the PAC 12 it wold be the best defense in the league. That would be a VERY bold statement. The other possibility could be that he meant to say best defense in the AAC but accidentally said PAC 12 out of habit.

Either statement is very bold and a little hard to believe since up to now Frost has kept those type of predictions and that talk very tight-lipped Hope he did say it as that would mean a lot. He's seeing something that us fans are unaware of, however, the Griffin twins and Pittman could be very special players

He meant PAC 12. Unlike Stansbury when at his first kick off luncheon called us Beaver Nation....

The talent is there, last year they had no coaching. Players out of position alot made the players look bad. Plus no offense the D was on the field to long It will be interesting how they handle quick scores from the offense this year.

Last year they got tired of Caleb Houston netting more field position than the offense.

Perhaps he was referring to the Oregon Duck D this year? But their defense sucked last year.
