This a hard one. Inside shower head is a filter which minimizes water flow..remove it and u will have more water, but in long run shower head will get stopped up, Depending on where u get your water? Also plumbers can get u hotter water, but law says Heat cannot be set above 120 degrees. If u move temperature settings and get burned don't blame Plumber. These settings were made because stupid people did stupid things..
