Tampa and Orlando are two of the top 10 cities that Americans are moving to. Tampa is #1.

However, a huge share of the Americans relocating here are Puerto Ricans, who for the first time constitute a majority of all Orlando area Hispanics (and could reach 60% eventually). The Orlando area is substantially younger than the Tampa area, where population growth heavily consists of Midwest retirees (Northeast retirees tend to retire in southern Florida).
