A pair of UCF commits will be on showcase tonight. Game is at Seminole and will be televised by Spectrum Sports. Scott Frost and Mario Verduzco are expected to be in attendance.
QB Marvin Washington (Dr. Phillips) may enter spring ball as UCF's No. 2 QB by default. He has passed for 1,921 yards and 20 touchdowns this season. He also leads the team in rushing with 597 yards and three scores.
Seminole WR Gabe Davis is a major weapon for their offense, though UCF is recruiting him for TE.
Former UCF commit DL DeMarco Artis plays for Seminole as well. RB D.J. Hampton is out after fracturing his toe.
UCF is recruiting some Dr. Phillips juniors, particularly OL John Campbell who has attended several games.
