I really wished this series was later in the season to build up the hype, but it is what it is. The preseason No. 1 and 2 teams - Houston and UCF - meet in the first AAC series of the season this Friday through Sunday in Orlando.

Perfect Game on the series: "The atmosphere in Orlando should be electric and this series certainly has a Super Regional feel to it."

No. 6 UCF Hosts Top-15 Tilt vs. No. 15 Houston
ORLANDO, Fla. (UCFKnights.com) - No. 6 UCF begins play in the American Athletic Conference on Friday at 6:30 p.m. against No. 15 Houston. The series between Top-15 programs continues on Saturday at 4 p.m. and concludes on Sunday at 1 p.m.
Free bacon is being given away to the first 500 students entering the right field on Friday. The first 300 students also receive a Bro Tank. SGA holds its Stack-A-Cap event, which includes smoothies and T-shirts on the right field deck.
The UCF Dugout Club welcomes all fans to its BBQ on Saturday at 2:30 p.m. Admission for non-dugout club members is $10 and includes entry to the event and email level access to the UCF Dugout Club.
The Knights' Military Appreciation Game is set for 4 p.m. Saturday. Free tickets for military personnel can be obtained by clicking here. A free T-shirt can be picked up by the first 100 fans and all military personnel.
