the neighborhood Oviedo target is smart. UCF needs some of those Gator/Noles in the nearby Oviedo neighborhoods to come to games
I wonder if they could try something like open a specific non-gold lot up to a city? Have a city of oviedo / Winter Spring lot that offers easy access to lockwood?
