I'm only going post this in the Dungeon, because crap like this gets me labeled as a nuthugger.
I have no loyalty to Key, but I try to be objective and even play Devil's Advocate. I mean, it's hard for me to want to throw a guy like this under-the-bus. There are too many factors this year to do such, or I want to at least give him the full year to see improvement, before I judge.
It continues to scare me what other coaches might think, who would consider coming here, based on what people are saying about Key. Did he not deserve his nomination in 2012? Did he really have so little to do with recruiting over the years ... especially the last couple (far better than before), as well as late '00s (at least one class, other than 2010-2011, that was good)?
I'm left scratching my head. Especially when I hear a select few, former players say things, publicly.
