Yes the article focuses on Muslims, but I like the idea that they are looking into deporting immigrants who dont assimilate. I would love for the US to do something similar. If I were to move to a new country, I would personally do my best to assimilate to their customs.

I really do think it's an awesome idea. I would be happy to start a school to teach proper American culture to all the new immigrants.

As far as Muslim culture goes, the best ones I can think of...
1) Women are not to drive.
2) Women are to be seen and not heard.
3) Women are meant to be groped.

This would help with BBCs.

Having travelled through several 3rd world, non Eurocentric countries for work, I can easily see why cards like these are necessary to some extent.
