UCF hosted a pair of top 2016 prospects from South Florida this past weekend.
Wide receivers Andrew Parchment (Cypress Bay) and Demari Simpkins (Hallandale) have both confirmed invitations to attend the Knights' Junior Day later this month, but the two best friends wanted to get an early look since they were traveling to Orlando to participate in a combine the following day.
