California once again proves how stupid it is

One article from a biased source isn't convincing me of anything.

The notion of gender being something that is switched off and on at a whim is a tool used by paranoid bigots.

well it appears Harvard thinks you're the bigot for disagreeing with that notion
Ultimately, anyone who identifies as gender-fluid is a gender-fluid person. Often, the term is used to mean that a person’s gender expression or gender identity — essentially, their internal sense of self — changes frequently.

i'm coming at you in good faith here, this could be a major turning point for you to embrace understanding how ridiculous this has become.

If I commit a crime and identify as a toaster, can I be incarcerated in a repair shop?
We don't repair anything any more, so you'd be destroyed instead of rehabilitated. :)

Gender-fluid, born biological men, are a serious problem for women. The problem is that even when feminists try to point that out, in everything from not taking chemicals to not having reassignment surgery, they get the bigotry tag.

If the gov't is going to wade into this, it needs to actually be based on studies and doctors, not politicians. But it won't, and we'll just make it about individual 'choice,' which is then forced by the government on everyone else.

That's the thing. I'm all for individual choice as a Libertarian. But when you're incarcerated and forced to accept someone's choice by the taxpayer's guns, and they are clearly not a woman, and have hormones and strength and so many other things, it's not going to end well.

Is it a massive, widespread problem? No. But it is a problem that some women really do deal with, and it's significant enough we must care Just like BLM isn't a massive, widespread problem, but there are a small percentage that are doing a lot of major, costly damage to other, private citizens too.

We have to address the violations, and not act like they don't exist, and people pointing out the violations do exist, are not just Fox News and bigots.
