Brighthouse Networks was just a tiny fracture of what is now a 25 Million Household service that reaches into 41 states....as Charter Spectrum (Stadium?) would be a lot more valuable on national TV broadcasts...as it would reach potential costumers in many other areas of the country (not just mostly Orlando/Tampa region).

A quick look a the map posted by K_L shows that the the merged company covers the following AAC markets over and above Orlando/Tampa the BHN covered...
New Orleans
Houston
Dallas
Cincinnati
Greenville NC

That could play in our favor to get a better deal on the sponsorship.

If we were to join the B12, Charter covers a lot of Texas and Morgantown WV, but nothing useful in Oklahoma, Kansas or Iowa.

Very well could. BrightHouse is small relative to the major components of this merger, so the stadium would be an afterthought in an industry known for its lack of vision.
