She went on a moral highground tangent on Moore and was confronted by Jaunita Brodderick, a woman who has steadfastly accused Bill Clinton of raping her when he was the AG of Arkansas, a charge that Democrats have never, ever given any credence to. This is the woman that HRC took to national airwaves to discredit.

Handler has now been forced to come to grips with admitting that Bill Clinton raped Brodderick.

A quick Google search shows that Franken is being accused of sexual harrasment in the picture, not sexual assault. Sorry to have to call you out yet again.

Jokingly grabbing at her breasts through a 20 pound, inch thick layer of Kevlar is not even in the same ball park as the definition of sexual assault: rape (such as forced vaginal, anal or oral penetration or drug facilitated sexual assault). Yes what Franken did was wrong and immoral and her claim of the French kiss could fall under the definition of sexual assault, but claiming the picture is sexual assault is an insult to people who have actually experienced sexual assault, like those children Roy Moore would take home that you seem to not give a shit about.

What would the military, ya know, the people who frequently wear body armor, say about this if it were 2 service members? I think it would be 180 from your statement. Probably Aggrivated or at least Abusive Sexual contact.

I've seen people do all kinds of things when they are in a stressful situation such as a combat zone, a lot of people goof off the first time they throw on Kevlar and battle rattle to pretend like it doesn't affect them. The military is extremely serious about sexual harrasment and assault, but also is smart enough to understand context. I would bet the situation would be 100% different if his hand was under her vest or something like that.
 
So context of a stressful combat situation would = acceptable groping of an E-2 by an O-4 if it is over the body armor and not under ?
