There is only one way to prevent Chiraqans from shooting each other, and that is to station sharp shooters all over the area, and every time that a Chiraqan steps outside-- shoot it. That is the only way that you will ever prevent them from shooting each other.

Chiraqans only wind up in American prisons because they are here in America, if they were in that place the right wing coolers know about, the things that they do are not even crimes there, it is just their natural behavior. In related news, Mexico is estimating 11,000 homicides this year due to the war on drugs - their most ever. Murders spiked when El Chapo was arrested.

Why would he want to do that?

It's been obvious for a LONG TIME that he doesn't care about those mostly Southside Residents...as he will always he their votes, even when he allows the killing fields to continue.

The real answer is to decriminalize murder. People are senselessly going to prison for killing other people every day. Quit filling the pockets of for profit prison owners and just let people kill as they please. They have a right to live the way they want to live and do whatever they want to do anyway
