I was thinking about going to see a chiropractor because I've had chronic muscle spasms in my lower back for years. Have any of you all used chiropractors? If so, thoughts on the effectiveness of the treatments?
Depends for me . I don’t like the whack and crack guys . I go to a guy who works pressure points , acupuncture a little , nutrition and stretching . He’s amazing
