Starting in 2023 UCF can make the 4 team format if they go undefeated.
If the CFP is expanded to 12 teams UCF has a good shot at making the Playoffs with one loss.

Seeing what's going on with UF between HCs being fired or leaving and players leaving can an expanded CFP actually make these bowl games more meaningful? If coaches and/or players stay longer because the teams are in the playoffs it might actually increase the value of the Bowl games.
