Coach Blackmon (ST/TEs) named in lawsuit by former player

If these allegations are true Coach Blackmon must go...Also Chip Lindsey was head Coach of Troy I think.. This type of abuse was not handled by administration From what player said Coaches told him to be a man and stick up for himself and fight back.. When a player comes to a Coach it's because he can't handle the situation himself. This type of abuse continued because the administration didn't want to deal with it. If these allegations are true Blackmon must leave. If he stays Gus legacy may be tarnished Blackmon must be put on administrative leave till allegations are addressed. Chip Lindsey was not named but I think he was Coach of Troy then. I am not sure though. These type of allegations must be handled by the University and addressed or it will be a Black Eye to this great University.
That's some pretty horrendous allegations, and given the provided details seems like it shouldn't take that long to determine what can be substantiated in an investigation.
As for Chip Lindsey, it looks like they are specifically naming coaches that the player and parents requested meetings/spoke/met with. If it blows up, someone could mention that Chip Lindsey was briefed on the situation.

Hope appropriate justice is reached, aligned with his level of involvement (if any). No kid deserves inappropriate mistreatment from any adult. Also, everyone deserves due process... Let's keep calm until all evidence is uncovered.

Good message to young coaches out there: what you went through, the hazing, racial jokes etc are no longer accepted by society. With the ease of lawsuits, you need to realize you'll be judged by a group of people who didn't go through what you did, and what you think may have toughened you up, they'll think deserves a hefty fine. Time to get in this century. It's not like when you played.
