All I know is it is sink or swim over the next two seasons. They are all his kids now. This year he gets a break. They lost, basically, the whole team. Next year, though, he's got to produce.

What is posted appears to be an amendment to only certain sections of the actual contract and not the actual contract. It is very confusing to say least for many reasons. That said it would appear the annual totals in the two separate tables do add up to just over $1.2M. The question is.........is that his total annual compensation??? If it is why are there no annual increases as would be expected?
